Does saying Miley Cyrus, 17, brought sexy back in Europe make me a creep? I mean, the young Disney star (Hannah Montana) performed her hit “Who Owns My Heart” live last night in a pretty revealing outfit.
We already covered the whole Miley Cyrus side boob spectacle that went down on the red carpet in Europe last night. If that wasn’t enough, Cyrus took the stage in what looked like some sort of lingerie or something along those lines, let’s just say that a 17-year-old should not be wearing it.

In all honesty, I just wish she would turn 18 (November 23rd) already so this whole underage, too sexy news buzz will all go away. It’s almost getting as hold as all of the rehab/jail news that pops up about the doomed star, Lindsay Lohan.
