The singer, who was performing in Northern Ireland on her worldwide 'Monster Ball' tour, was seen biting the head off the doll as celebration of Halloween.
The Sun reports that the star, who was dressed in a PVC bikini, fishnet stockings and yellow hair, then played a burning piano live on stage.
GaGa later posted a picture of herself on Twitter wearing a bloodied t-shirt that said 'I Love Belfast' on it, with the message: "For Halloween I'm going to be...a little monster!!!! I love you all so much! Celebrate yourself!"
It was recently reported that GaGa was one of this year's favorite Halloween costume choices in the US.
